Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Professionals,
URGENT ACTION ALERT
The Vaccine Protection Act Resolution has gone out to our US Senate asking for Sponsorship and co-sponsorship. Many volunteers are working day and night on these important issues that surround autism. We need to unite on the common ground that we all stand on: the health, welfare, and safety of our children, our elderly, our loved ones, and our friends. The Vaccine Protection Act Resolution currently has 330 signatures but we need your help on this issue of grave importance.
As you may know the Homeland Security Act was passed with many provisions at the last minute. We are requesting Immediate removal of sections 1714 through 1717 of the Homeland Security Bill. One of the worst of these items would provide legal protections to a drug company that used a mercury-based additive in their vaccines, which may have caused autism in children. Ultimately this will throw out any court cases currently in progress and future cases for vaccine injury. This should be considered criminal... Let the scales of justice prevail. We the people are promised by our government a "Fair Day In Court".
To date there has been no proof as to the safety of Thimerosal or aluminum usage in vaccine as a preservative. Until we do have that proof, and can categorically say without a shade of a doubt that this is safe, we need to ensure the rights of the people of the United States to their freedom of choice. We need to ensure Philosophical Exemptions For vaccines In All States.
We need to begin with the 2003 SENATORIAL AUTISM HEARINGS. These are important issues that we need to look at from both sides of the congressional team. The Congress and Senate are both making decisions from some critical information and not only need to be more informed but need to help in a joint effort to put to rest conflicts of interest ensuring new, positive changes through resolution for the individuals with autism. Yet with this pandemic epidemic we know as autism the people still cry out from all of the states.
